Three Immutable Rules

Clients will never pay a consultation fee that even approximates a third of what your education, experience and dedication should demand.

Rule #2

Fees for services need bear no relation to standard economics, profit center analysis, or relative skills. Fees are based on clients incorrect perceptions of relative values adjusted as required to negate the damage caused by Rule #1.

Rule #3

Fees for services are peculiar to each individual patient, predicated on each pet's medical history and our findings in a thorough physical examination.

Therefore, under no circumstance should any fee for any service be quoted over the telephone.
